Coach

“Don’t give up… Don’t ever give up”

My primary goal as a coach is to make people realize they’re capable of doing amazing things, taking what they’ve built both mentally and physically within the walls of the gym and applying it to their everyday life. As a coach, it fires me up seeing an athlete accomplish a goal, hit a PR, or gain confidence in themselves!

I was always involved in sports growing up and I played baseball all through college. After college, I was missing competition. Luckily, I was introduced to CrossFit by my brother in 2013 and began by doing daily workouts together in his shed. Over the next few years, I joined a couple different gyms and built some of the best relationships I’ve ever had. Eventually through one of those relationships, I was introduced to the Phoenix, a gym providing fitness to the sober community and those going through recovery. I began coaching classes for the Phoenix and worked my way through the Level 1 CrossFit course. I originally joined TILT as a member and from the second I walked in the door, I felt welcomed by a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are always looking for ways to improve. As a coach at TILT, I’m hoping to pass along my passion and share the amazing accomplishments achieved by the community.
