TILT III Summer Nutrition Special!
The summer is here and let’s enjoy it while feeling great about ourselves!
For the months of June through August I will be offering a summer special to employees in the Park 9 Campus.
What you get is an individualized nutrition plan including macronutrient goals, a template of what a day of eating should look like based on your activity levels and goals, daily tracking and email check-ins for 3 subsequent weeks where we assess your progress and make any necessary tweaks. The summer special is discounted to $100 for the month.
How do we get started? Email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your initial 45-minute consultation, where we will gather all of the necessary information to create your individualized plan!
Looking for something deeper? The Groundwork Program is also available and offers additional benefits like micronutrient testing, supplement recommendations, specific reset protocols for improved short and long term health, in-person check-ins and 24/7 support, to name a few.
