During all classes on Friday September 20th we will have our first Internal individual “competition” (we only measure effort!). There will be three events in class to show off your fitness!

Event 1- Max Push-ups and Pull-ups

Event 2- For Time: 400m Run, 500m Row, 1000m Bike
