We are on the first floor of Building 2 near the entrance closest to Building 1. 

We will be running a full class schedule starting Monday, July 2nd. Click HERE to view our class schedule. You will need to fill out a waiver prior to working out. 

We will also be closed for Wednesday July 4th.

How can I workout?

Classes- For those looking to take a class, show up 15 minutes early to class to fill out a waiver.  No need to sign up beforehand. Your first class is free! 

Open Gym- Take a tour of the gym and sign up before you workout. We have brand new treadmills, ellipticals, and free weights!

What are the membership prices?

CrossFit TILT III Unlimited Class Membership- $50/month

Open Gym Membership- $20/month

What if i haven’t worked out in a long time or have an injury?

There is no better time to start than today. We can modify and scale all of our workouts to each individual regardless of injuries or fitness levels. You will be able to get a great workout in no matter what! You will walk out of the gym feeling better than when you walked in. 

What do I need to bring?

Employee badge for verification, athletic clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. 

What if I want to sign up?

Great! All you need is your employee badge and a credit card, debit card, or bank account information. Your membership fee will be charged on the day you sign up. You will be charged a prorated amount based on how many days are left in the month. Your membership fees will then be processed on the first of every month.
