1/1, 2/2, 3/3…
There will be a point in this workout where you will hit a limit on your ring dip and push-up. Once you hit that number, continue to hit that number every round without ascending. Don’t necessarily worry about getting everything done in the first 5 minutes. This workout is heavy on the volume and even heavier on the fun.
