Snatch- Scale weight to do unbroken when fresh, odd object ground to overhead.
Plank- Scale time, elevate plank
Double Unders- :45 attempts, big singles, singles, double taps, invisible rope
Don’t underestimate the effect of a 1 min plank in the center of this workout. Rest as needed between exercises.
