WOD: Time Flies – 14:49, 20” box push-up, 20 rounds @ 20 lb dumbbell, 10 rounds @ 25 lb dumbbell
Daily Tabata: ✅, switched between flutter and bicycle.
Time Flies – 18:00 (45#/2 push ups)
Time Flies – 19:03 (25# for first couple rounds then switched to 30#, box push-ups), may have done an extra round or 2 to be conservative with my counting.
QOD – My favorite food is lobster. I once won $3,000 on a scratch ticket. My parents have thick Polish accents. (Came up with these on the spot, will comment with the answer over the weekend)
