WOD Guidance
Row at your 2,000 meter pace to attack the burpees. Think about doing 5 sets of 10 burpees or 10 sets of five to give yourself short term goals and stay moving. Choose a pull-up scale that allows you to do ten repetitions when you are fresh.

There will be no 4:30 or 5:30 class today. Normal morning and early afternoon schedule.
