January +1 challenge: 25 push-ups (15 hand-release max set + 10), 25 v-ups, 25 lunges each leg, 20 lb dumbbells, 20+30.
Mr. Magoo – 16:08 (100 cals, 50 knee raises + 25 abmat sit-ups, 50 cals, 25 knee raises). Good practice on the rig today. Coach James also helped me set expectations with the bike cals and I got to the 100 in exactly 7 minutes which was the goal, wooo
QOD – I start standing up and make eye contact. If the person is sleeping or eating/using their tray I’d try to wait till later. Flying etiquette? 🤔
