Work up to a heavy set of three clean and jerks while maintaining all of the movements points of performance. For Grace, choose dumbbells that allow you to do 10 repetitions when fresh. Moving with good technique and breathing during your reps will make your last 10 reps move faster. Your 30th rep should be the last one you feel like doing today! Fast and furious under 5 mins!
