1 – 8 Alternating DB Snatches

2 – 6 Strict Pull-ups

3 – :45 Double DB or KB Box Steps Ups @ 24/20

4 – :45 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20

5 – Rest

WOD Guidance

The DB load should be moderate to heavy. Use a challenging pulling option and keep it strict. The DB Step-ups should be a weight that you hold on to for the :45 interval. Step down off your box for the jump overs or go to a box jump.
