WOD Guidance
Choose a double under scale that allows you to finish your jump rope set in 1 minute or less. Choose a dumbbell that allows you to stay moving for all 30 reps and a toe to bar scale that you can perform 10 repetitions of when fresh. This workout will test the efficiency of your jump rope technique with three other grip intensive movements in the snatch, toes to bar, and row. Relax those wrists and keep your elbows in! Starting the week with an awesome chipper!
