Have to stay off the arms because of some nagging problem. Did bike plus 12″ box jumps for first round, and 24″ box step ups for second round. Was about 28 cals on the bike and 30-32 boxes each set.

QOD: I did the research on this one. Crackers and cookies both fall under the broader term ‘biscuit’. Though crackers are typically not sweet, Some sources claim that leavening is a more defining characteristic of a cookie, however one of the most common crackers, the saltine (aka ‘soda’ cracker), contains baking soda, itself a leavening agent.
I would consider as a comparison the modern graham cracker, itself also sweet like the animal cracker. Both typically contain baking soda.
Are the terms cookie and cracker mutually exclusive? If not I would posit that an animal cracker or a graham cracker could be both.
However, using both the sugar content and the presence of baking soda, I would argue there is a stronger case to be made that both animal crackers and graham crackers are indeed cookies.
