QOD: In the age of Covid, gotta go with hiccups here. Plus sneezes sometimes hurt.
Poison – approx. 188 reps (ring rows, started with 20 lunges first 3 rounds, last round was 10, 25# DB switching arm each 5 reps)

Noon class visit today! 120 reps on the lunges with 20lb DB. Ring rows – completed all reps, but got a little more vertical toward the end.
