DB Hang Power Clean, Tuck Jump/Box Jump, DB Deadlift
Scale to 4 Push-ups, Elevated or Knee Push-ups
Squat to Target
Aim for consistent scores on all 5 rounds. Reps should be unbroken and rest as needed in between movements. 4-6 rounds is a good goal.
