Opposite of Dad joke, but a Dad story – Whined to parents re how hard law school was, got letter back from Dad – “gee sorry you are having such a rough time, when I was your age I was getting shot at by Germans”. Kind of hard to whine (at least to him) after that!

Not quite a dad joke, but if I say: “It hurts when I do this” (whatever “this” is), my dad will, without fail, say “well, don’t do that.”
Sun King – about 15 minutes – ups/downs and hands to toes – had to cut the 2nd round of ups/downs short due to the unplanned outdoor challenge Corin mentions above – let’s just say – turkeys in the tree overhead wanted to contribute to the workout! LOL
