Keep the run under 1:45 each round. Choose the most challenging squat that allows you to cycle quickly and go unbroken. Modify the next round if you are resting :30 or less.

Fake Love – completed with 15# kettlebell for the goblet squats.
QoD – the group setting with Sean leading and encouraging us all on.
Fake Love – avg of 2:10 each round. Happy Reopening Day! I never push myself as much as I do in the live group classes, so awesome working out with the noon squad today!
Qod – the people, the equipment and the clock! My favorite spot is always near the clock 😂
Fake Love – didn’t pay attention to the clock – usually had 10-30 second rest after the squats. Run felt good – nice to have a flat surface after running my hilly neighborhood route. Great to be in the 6 am LIVE class with Sean. 10lb Kettlebell for the squats. Felt safe – everything was clean and plenty of wipes to wipe it down ourselves to be sure.

QOD – the box jump boxes, Sean, the rings for ring-rows.
