400m Run After Each Round
Thruster- Front Squat, Air Squat, x2 Wall Sit seconds
400m Run- 1:00 out and back run, 2:00 of any cardio
Choose a weight on the thruster that you could go unbroken for but may choose not to to save your legs on the run. Use the run as an active recovery to get right back to attacking the barbell.
