Death by Thruster
Min 1: 1 Thruster
Min 2: 2 Thrusters
Min 3: 3 Thrusters…
*Continue until you can no longer complete the number of designated thrusters in the minute.
WOD Guidance
Work up to heavy but not maximal 5 rep thruster that allows you good technique and proper standards. Pick a weight you can do 15 repetitions unbroken for Death by Thrusters.
