Modifications
Cut Rounds to 10 or 15
Sit-ups- Anchor Feet, :20 Plank hold, Leg Raises
Thrusters- Bodyweight only, squat or press only
Burpees- Scale #, Up down, elevated surface
WOD Guidance
Long workout means conservative pacing. Keep the burpees the same pace throughout and look for unbroken thrusters.
