Burpees- Scale reps to 5:00/4:00/3:00/2:00. Up Downs, Elevated Surface
Run- 2:00/4:00/6:00/8:00 Cardio
Pick a pace on the burpees that allows you to stay moving. Keep yourself on track by using a clock and pick a burpee goal number for each minute. Speed up the each round of running as the burpees number goes down.
