Mancala – 13:14 @40# but time is questionable since I can say 1 Mississippi very fast when counting to 30
QOD… I can only have a few and it has to be from a fresh open bag, but I like them.

WOD: Mancala – 14:27, rounds 10 – 5 @ 30 lb dumbbells, rounds 4 – 1@ 35 lb dumbbells. Was not focused on the clock at all, wanted good form.
