A classic benchmark workout here for all athletes! We’re looking to work the double under but we can treat it as a skill piece as well. We can do so by setting time domains for each round. You can also sub in a alternate jumping movement. The Ab-mat sit-ups can fatigue fairly quickly so this movement should be done with a pace that can be repeated each round.
