Although in doubt at times, neither 2020 nor this workout killed me. 25#x2 for push press. 28:43
WOD: Lone Ranger – 26:11, 30 lb dumbbell. Struggles through the burpees at times but I didn’t let this workout get the best of me. Great finish to TILT 2020.
QOD: I’ll limit this to ‘movies released in 2020’ of which I think I only saw 2. The documentary Class Action Park easily takes the honors here (the other was Wonder Woman 1984 which was kind of a mess but still worth watching).
December +1 challenge: 31 upright rows @ 20 lb DBs, 31 burpees (1:29), 31 floor push-ups (20+11). Met all 3 end goals:
31 upright rows unbroken
31 burpees under 90 seconds
31 floor push-ups no more than 2 sets
Improvement from July +1 challenge:
July 31 burpees – 1:48
December 31 burpees – 1:29
