QOD: Old stale pastries, sloppy dried out scrambled eggs.
Back to Life – 16+36 (35# KB, ~200m runs). Also my first WOD “back” from a couple days away at my parents’ house. Was awesome having the whole class outdoors!! Bring on the warm weather ☀️
