Kettlebell Swings: Eye level, Jumping Good Mornings (hinge, stand+small hop), Hip Thrusts
Push Ups: Knee, Elevated, Floor Press, Strict Press
Break Reps on the larger sets as needed. Choose a kettlebell and push-up that you could do 20 reps unbroken when fresh.
