Run- 1:00 out and back run/walk/farmers carry. 500m row/ 1000m bike or 2:00 total.
Lunges- Bodyweight, Step-ups, Air Squats
Push Press- 2 Hands on 1 DB, Strict Press, Floor Press
WOD Guidance
Pace the run to save your legs for the lunges. Match your running split on rounds 2 and 3. Break push presses into 1-3 sets.
