Go heavy while maintaining the points of performance and standards of the thruster. Then lighten it up for the workout by choosing a weight you can go unbroken in less than :30. Sprint on a burpee you can get at least 7 of in the remaining time. Match your burpee repetitions on every round then one more on the last!
