WOD Guidance

The goal for today should be to ascend in load across your sets. With that said, mechanics should be your main priority from start to finish. The back squat and deadlift will fatigue quicker than the shoulder press so start out lighter for those lifts. All sets and reps should be completed in one set without splitting that set up.
