Pennsylvania Ave – 8:39 @30DBs/TTB (there were some toes to near bar in the last two rounds)
QOD – its a hard especially when you put cheez its vs pizza flavor blasted gold fish… might have to go with the pizza flavor blasted gold fish due to college nostalgia
Pennsylvania Ave – 7:15 (12.5#, knee raises)
QOD – This is a tough call, but I think cheez its win (pizza goldfish are a close second)
WOD: Pennsylvania Ave – 6:45. 20 lb dumbbells, toes to base of rig.
QOD: Cheez Its hands down. Goldfish are too salty. Never had specialty flavored Goldfish but the specialty Cheez Its are awesome, especially the spicy ones.
