QOD – I’m bad at thinking of names… but I’d wanna do something like the band “Timeflies Tuesday” did with covers of popular songs
WOD: Bond – 6:25, 14 lb medball, toes to chest level/kipping knees combo.
Immediately followed up with 50-40-30-20-10, v-ups/air squats/push-ups/lunges/6 banded pull-up (4+2), 4 negative pull-ups (April bodyweight challenge).
QOD: The Dad Jokes but we do jazz this time instead of polka.
