Hang Power Clean and Jerk- Clean, Odd object, KB swing, Box/Tuck Jump
Pace the burpees and choose a weight you can go unbroken with on most sets. Aim for 5+ rounds, On the Burpees over the DB, be conservative on the first minute and try to match that number fir the next 4.
