(5 pull-ups,10 push-ups,15 air squats)
Go as heavy as you’d like with the power snatch as long as you are able to get through all six reps each round without any long breaks. Pace the Cindy rounds and break the pull-ups and push-ups to avoid muscular fatigue in the early rounds.
