Choose a jump rope option that gets your heart rate up whether it is singles, attempts, or scaled doubles for 2 minutes. The dumbbell can be sets as small as ten with minimal rest. The pull-up sets or 10 when you are fresh. Plan on getting back to that jump rope for round 2.
