WOD: Wolverine – 3806 total meters rowing, 260 cals. :40 on/:20 off was toughest part by far. Was at a ~750 meter/round pace but emptied the tank on the last round.
QOD: Throw it in the trash. Acceptable alternate is crushed to be put in something else.
