30 Power Snatch
An under 10 minute workout but not an all out sprint. Pace each movement for success on the next movement. A sub-maximal row will leave enough energy in your legs to move fast on the box jump overs. Choose a Dumbbell that allows you to move through 30 reps with a few short breaks.
