Pull-ups- Scale Reps to 7 or 5, Banded, Ring Row, DB or BB Row, Odd Object Row
Goblet Squats- Air Squats, Box Squats, Lunges, Step-ups
WOD Guidance
Pick a pull-up or row you can do 10 reps when fresh. Aim for unbroken squats. Make it your goal to match your round one and round 2 reps. 4-6 rounds is a good goal for each AMRAP6.
