Reps- 9,6. :20 Hollow Hold or Plank Hold
Pick a run you can finish in 1:40 or under and a TTB option that lets you go unbroken. Aim for at least :45 of rest per round. Consistent splits is the goal and your score is the fastest-slowest rounds.
