OTM- 5 Burpees
Workout Starts with Burpees
Snatch- Reps 100/80,Hang DB Snatch, Push Press, Power Clean, Hang Power Clean, Box Jumps, Squat Jumps, Glute Bridge
Burpee- Reps 3, Elevated, Up Down, Jumping Jack
Choose a DB that you can snatch 25x unbroken and a burpee you can complete in :15 or less.
Beer mile Saturday @ 1pm
