Fear – Appropriately named as a Coyote decided to join our workout this morning! He obviously didn’t think much of it, as he didn’t stay around for long – but he clearly interrupted the flow! Never a dull moment here!
We opted to do 5 reps of each movement x the 15 rounds – I used 2 10# weights.
QoD – ANYTHING from the 70’s.!!
