Never thought I would feel nostalgic seeing the windows that look out on the parking lot and Route 9! It was great to see you live – I did your Monday class on the re-runs, with the benefit of being able to run the full 400m and not worry about holding up others in the class – could pause and not miss the Tabata. I could not do 800m fast enough to keep up live, so cut it to 600 m. The humidity is also dragging me down a bit – no A/C except in the kids’ rooms.
Right?! Me too! You always do a great job finding your best workout Ann. 6 months and counting. I’d say it’s working.
