Yahtzee – 10+16 (modified everything cuz wanted to go at my own relaxed pace today, push-ups box, ab-mat sit ups, two 15# DB rows)
QOD – all the pumpkin spice unfortunately (I’m a hater), the cold mornings, leaves turning color, lots of apples in grocery stores
